BI Cares - Charitable Donations

The mission of the Boehringer Ingelheim Cares Foundation is to improve lives through innovative philanthropic contributions and donations of health care products and resources. One of the ways the Foundation fulfills this priority is via its Charitable Donations Program. This Program focuses on supporting initiatives that provide access to medical care for those in need, and programs that enhance math and scientific education. In addition, we also consider programs that enhance the communities in which we live and work, such as support for the arts and culture.
Over the last several years, the Foundation has made millions of dollars in donations where help was needed. Committed to innovative philanthropy, this support has helped to launch projects that provide access to health care treatment, disease management, and patient education, and has provided ongoing support to established programs already in existence.
Who May Apply
The Boehringer Ingelheim Cares Foundation cannot meet every request for eligible donations and budget constraints may limit financial contributions to those organizations selected. The Foundation reserves the right to limit financial contributions to those organizations that meet specific criteria, as determined within the sole discretion of the Foundation, and reserves the right to monitor and review the use of funds contributed to a project or organization. Only those projects consistent with the mission of the Foundation will be considered.
