A Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Inc. medical education grant is designed to support independent medical education for healthcare providers and patients that may translate to better management of disease and improvement in patient safety and population health.

Once you have registered as a new user and begin an application, there will be documents contained within the application to further explain specific terminology and application questions. There will also be help hovers throughout the applications to further assist you complete a request.

Responding to a Request for Educational Grant Application (REGA)
Throughout the year, the Medical Grants department will announce a Request for Educational Grant Application (REGA). The intent of this announcement is to notify experienced and accredited Continuing Medical Education (CME) providers and accredited Continuing Education (CE) providers that BI is interested in receiving applications for educational grants for support consideration.
Grant applications in response to REGAs need to be submitted online at www.bipigrants.com. While REGAs may specify timing of requested responses, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will continue to review all grant requests which are received. Learn more about the REGA process.
